I was first licensed as a real estate agent almost 30 years ago. Since then, I have traveled different tangents that have all been beneficial to my outlook for helping clients and putting myself in their shoes.
I spent 15 years as a home renovator which has given me insight into home improvement costs as it may relate to extensive staging for a sale or envisioning the work required or desired by a potential purchaser.
I also spent years studying real estate contracts in my capacity as a manager of a commission advance company. I know how to put together an iron clad agreement of purchase and sale or amend one that may be proffered for a listing client.
I am pleased with my negotiating skills. Time and again, I have been able to wring out more money for my listing clients in negotiations and save money for my buying clients.

The month of June saw a 89% increase in sales in the GTAA. This is amazing.
Real estate prices are now close to equal that of the 2017 spring.
We are scheduled to see the average home price exceed $900,000 before year end.
